Our Service provides free, browser-based tools for image manipulation. These include:

  • Image Merger: A tool to combine two or more images horizontally or vertically.
  • Photo-to-Text Converter (OCR): A tool to extract text from an image using Optical Character Recognition.

All image processing is performed client-side, directly within your web browser. Your images are never uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content (images, text, etc.) that you upload, process, and download using our Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you agree not to upload or create any content that:

  • Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret.
  • Is illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Violates the privacy or personal rights of others.

You affirm that you own the User Content or have all the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use it in connection with our Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your User Content. We claim no ownership over the images you upload or the resulting merged images or extracted text.

Our Service: The design, branding, text, graphics, code, and all other content related to the Service itself are the exclusive property of [Tools Hub] and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority.

  • No Data Storage: Our tools operate on the client-side. We do not see, collect, or store the images you process or the content generated from them.
  • No Personal Information: We do not require an account or any personal information to use our Service.
  • Analytics: We may use standard web analytics to collect anonymous, non-personal data about website traffic to improve the Service. This data does not include your images or personal identifiers.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. [Tools Hub] makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law in India, [Tools Hub], its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We are not responsible for the final output of the tools and do not guarantee the accuracy of the Photo-to-Text conversion.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify [Tools Hub] and its owner(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Photo-to-Text Converter relies on third-party libraries (such as Tesseract.js) loaded from a Content Delivery Network (CDN). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
